Method one - Free sub-domain, software and hosting

You can create a totally free "blog" website at blogspot

your sub-domain will be YOURNAME.BLOGSPOT.COM

I won't go deeper in details, go to www.blogspot.com and find your way there :)

 

Method two - Paid domain with free software and hosting

Similar to method one, but you will just purchase a domain from any domain selling sites for around $10 and link it with your blog

So your website costs you only $10

After successfully getting your blog online, go to settings and find out how to set the domain in there..

 

Method three - paid domain & host with free software

Purchase a domain for around $10 and get a paid host for around $60 per year

get free software (Joomla! or WordPress or Drupal or whatever) and install it on the host you purchased

So your website costs you around $70

 

Method four - paid domain, host and software

Purchase a domain and a host, and hire a software engineer to code your very custom website

this method is the most expensive, but yields a unique website

Generally costs more than $70, since the developer will charge extra money.
