Created: Thursday, 28 November 2013 Written by Ehab Eldeeb

In this topic, we will setup GMail so that when you receive an E-Mail on (yourname@yourdomain.com), it comes directly to your GMail's inbox

Not that only, but you could send E-Mails as (yourname@yourdomain.com) from your GMail as well !

This service is also available for Hotmail (I think?) .. But we will be using GMail in this example..

First Step

Login to your GMail account: http://www.gmail.com

Enter your Google account information (login normally)

Second Step

Click on the gear on the top-right corner, then click on "settings" as shown below..

Third Step - Send Mail as

Simple Steps, as shown in the images below

1- Click on "Add another email address you own"

2- Enter your Name and Email as shown below, and click Next

3- Tick "Send through Gmail (easier to setup)", and click Next

4- Click on "Send Verification"

5- Get the confirmation code from the verification E-Mail that you will get on the host you are hosting your domain at..
Put the comformation code and click "Verify"

Now you can send E-Mails using (yourname@yourdomain.com) from your GMail account

Fourth Step - Receive Mail using POP3

Simple Steps, as shown in the images below

1- Click on "Add a POP3 account you own"

2- Write your E-Mail and click Next

3- In this window, write your E-Mail again, and your password (password for yourname@yourdomain.com not your gmail password)
POP Server, you will get this address from your host .. Write it down and click "Add Account"

Now you can get all E-Mails coming to (yourname@yourdomain.com) right into your GMail inbox

We are done!

Congratulations! You can now Send and Receive E-Mails for your custom E-Mail using GMail's inbox :)
